The following application is designed to tell us about your school’s priorities, organizational leadership, and academic record so ANet can assess where your school could most use support. The application also gauges certain factors about a school's readiness for this type of data-driven work that will enable it to get the most impact out of the ANet partnership. Please be as honest as possible so we can best understand your needs. This application is intended to be an indication of interest in the program. Following submission of this application, a regional Executive Director will follow-up for next steps.

The application should be filled out by a single school leader who would be responsible for championing the ANet program, ideally the Principal. The application should take 20-30 minutes to complete. At this time, we are still building technology that will provide the option to save a partially completed application and return later to submit it. As a result, please plan appropriately so the entire application can be filled in one sitting.
