Lindsay Haldeman

Vice president, New England region

Lindsay joined ANet in 2011 and has worked with district and charter leaders in 11 systems and 120 schools across New England to design scopes of work that meet their unique needs. She manages the team responsible for strong service to current partners and leads outreach to new potential partners. Prior to accepting the role of vice president, Lindsay served as the founding chief of staff at ANet for 3 years as the organization grew. Over the course of 13 years, she has served in various roles serving stakeholders across education at the Ford Foundation, Boston Public Schools, RISE, and Escuela Bilingue Honduras. Lindsay graduated from Bowdoin College and Harvard Business School. She loves coaching and developing others, change management, and is fascinated by the way her 4-year-old and 2-year-old boys interact (read wrestle) with one another.
