The Achievement Network Named a "Priority Partner for Turnaround" by Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
Friday, November 11, 2011 at 04:48PM The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (ESE) named The Achievement Network (ANet) a “Priority Partner” for turnaround schools in the category of Effective Use of Data. Being a Priority Partner allows districts participating in the Race To The Top to partner with ANet using Race To The Top funds. According to the Massachusetts ESE, “a primary rationale for this project is to assist districts by creating a rigorous vetting process for the selection of Priority Partners for Turnaround.” John Maycock, founder and CGO says “ANet is thrilled to be a Priority Partner and work with the Department and other partners to further coordinate our work around building school capacity.”
