Caitlin Sullivan is excited to lead the Eastern New England team after over five years at ANet. In her prior role as managing director of program strategy, Caitlin has been strengthening the operational connections and performance management among teams that create interim assessments, reports, myANet, and design service offerings.
Caitlin grew up in Medfield, Massachusetts, and comes from a family of educators in Massachusetts public schools. After graduating from Princeton, Caitlin taught middle school science at a KIPP school in Washington, DC. She earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management and worked alongside leaders at the State Department of Education in Connecticut before returning to Boston to begin her work at ANet in 2013. Caitlin lives in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston with her husband.
