Michelle Odemwingie

Chief of staff

Michelle Odemwingie is the chief of staff at Achievement Network, supporting the CEO  and senior leadership team in progress to strategic goals. Before this role, Michelle was a coach at ANet for three years, providing direct support to an instructional superintendent in DCPS, the Chief Academic Officer of a network of charter schools, and 20 school leadership teams in the District of Columbia. She worked primarily with coaching school and system leaders on ways to leverage data as a tool for outlining school-level instructional priorities, internalizing and implementing the shifts of the Common Core, and ensuring educators could turn data insights into action. Prior to joining ANet, she spearheaded the ThinkMath team in California and DC, supporting instructional leaders around math enrichment and intervention programs, as well as supporting new teachers through TNTP and Teach for America. Michelle is a graduate of Stanford University. In her free time, Michelle enjoys applying continuous improvement to her cooking, especially pasta dishes.
